Changing or Pausing Your Retainer

Give us 30 days notice to change a retainer, and what happens to unused hours.

A retainer runs month to month. To change the level, or to pause it, let us know at least 30 days before your next renewal.

Unused hours do not roll over. If you know a quiet month is coming, move the work forward rather than losing the time.

Pausing keeps your place in the schedule for up to three months. After that we release it.
