Finding the Files We Delivered

Where your finished files live, and how long we keep them.

Finished work is delivered to the Files area of your portal, in a folder named after the project.

Each delivery keeps its own folder, so an older version is still there when you need to go back to it.

We keep delivered files for two years. If you need something older than that, ask us before you assume it is gone.
